Satori?
"Satori" ( sä-tôr′ē ):
Meaning, “instant awakening”, is stated to be a direct experience of intuitive enlightenment or illumination.
"Photography" (fə-tŏg'rə-fē):
Derived from the Greek words phos ("light"), and graphi ("paintbrush"), together meaning "drawing with light"Put those together... Satori + Photography= Our philosophy :)
To us, "instant awakenings" are those “Ah-ha” moments... when you get a glimpse of enlightenment or awareness... you feel awake, alive, & humbled for the important things in life!
As photographers and artists we are aware that time is an illusion which quickly goes by in the blink of an eye. But with the click of the camera we are able to freeze those precious moments for people to cherish forever.
We thrive off others' characters and are passionate about capturing authentic expression. Photography has its own language, it speaks for itself. No words can describe how drawing with light can capture a throaty chuckle that you can actually hear, an emotion you can truly feel or the precious innocence of a child in their own element.
We believe in investing in the now; by investing in the now...in the present, you are also investing in the future... as well as your past. We care about giving you and your loved ones a gift that lasts a lifetime... and then some!
We are honored that you have considered us to be a part of capturing your monumental life moments.
Sending our love,
Vanessa & Sharri
*** Lovin' the music to your ears!?! We pay much respect and adoration to Channy, from the Minnesota local band known as "Roma di Luna" for writing and composing this custom piece for us! ***
